SALES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF FULFILLMENT FOR STORE CREDIT 

Store credit is issued within 7 days of item being returned.

Items on SALE are FINAL

Clothing, handbags, sunglasses and hats can be returned for an exchange or store credit if you contact us within 14 days; original packaging and tags MUST be attached. 

All returns are subject to approval and may not be approved for any given reason. An ANEA HILL team will reach out if an item isn't approved for return.

Customer responsible for return shipping costs + a $15 restocking fee. This will be processed first before credit is issued and before exchange is mailed.

COLLABORATIONS
While we are excited to introduce you to new brands, we can not accept returns.

We are doing our best help bring women owned brands to a new audience and wouldn’t want to put pressure on them to accept returns. We hope you understand and are grateful for your support.

Damages and Issues
We triple check everything before it leaves our warehouse, however we know things happen. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

Clothing items are eligible for exact exchanges if initiated within 48 hours of receiving the item. All original packaging and tags must be in tact. 

Exchanges are only available on final sale items if they are defective or damaged. The item will be exchanged for an exact replacement (unless out of stock and then a store credit will be issued).

Should an item arrive damaged or defective you must email hello@aneahill.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, along with an image of the product and packaging. All exchanges are subject to approval.

There is a $15 restocking fee on all exchanges and returns. This will be processed first before credit is issued and before exchange is mailed.

Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping costs, both domestically and internationally. 

International Returns

Please contact hello@aneahill.com with any questions or concerns regarding your international purchase. We recommend shipping insurance as we are not responsible for damage to your item that occurs during shipping. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns. 

International purchases are subject to all duties and taxes.
