Refund policy
Sunglasses sold at pop-up events allows you to try on in person. We can not accept returns on items sold during these shows.
At this time we offer store credit only.
If you are not 100% happy, you can:
- Exchange your item for a new style
- Return for store credit
Details:
- The return for exchange is requested by clicking here within 7 days of the date your order was delivered and is also delivered to our returns warehouse within 7 days of the date you received your package. Any returns received back to our warehouse, later than 7 days after the date you received your package, will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
- Items are subject to approval and we ask that they are unworn and are returned to us in the state you received them
- Please allow 7-14 days for our warehouse to process returns.
Sale and welcome discounts and all other discounted items are final.
Preorder sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
Prescription of any sorts: If you choose to change the lenses in your sunglasses to prescription lenses, we cannot accept returns for the sunglasses once they have been modified. This is because the sunglasses will no longer be in their original condition and we cannot resell them.
Customer responsible for return shipping costs + a 7% restocking/credit card and shipping fee. This will be processed first before credit is issued and before exchange is mailed.

Damages & Manufacturer Defects
Each pair of sunglasses is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
We proudly honor a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects only. This includes structural issues such as:
- Loose hinges upon arrival
- Frame separation not caused by force or pressure
- Lens delamination not caused by exposure to heat, water, or impact
To begin a claim, please email hello@aneahill.com with:
Your order number or the email address used at checkout
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
- We may request the item be returned for inspection.
Please note: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage due to drops or improper handling, scratched lenses, exposure to heat or chemicals, lost items, or wear and tear from regular use.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
International Returns
Please contact hello@aneahill.com with any questions or concerns regarding your international purchase. We recommend shipping insurance as we are not responsible for damage to your item that occurs during shipping. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns.
International purchases are subject to all duties and taxes.
